Here’s what WE do for you:

  • Provide you with high-quality Triton ATMs
  • Give you a choice of communications options: dial up telephone; wireless; DPL Internet; TCP-IP, etc.
  • Train you and/or your staff on the basics: cash filling, balancing the ATM, first line maintenance, clearing bill jams, replacing receipt paper – and more
  • Provide and pay for repair & maintenance, 365 days a year
  • Monitor the ATM 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Provide your customers with toll-free calls to our Help Desk, 365 days a year
  • Provide in-house toll-free tech support until 2 am Central Time, 365 days a year
  • Download your journal information electronically, so you don’t have to print and store paper Journals
  • Handle any customer complaints and/or trace requests for you.
  • Service calls are documented and stored – from “break to fix”. We can provide digital service reports going back up to 3 years for any ATM in our portfolio – at just a few hours notice.
  • Ensure that your ATM consistently meets INTERAC security standards, including EMV Smart-card readers; EPP encrypting pin pads; pin-protectors, etc.
  • Allow you to change your on-screen ads and/or coupons remotely – at no charge to you
  • Provide trained Triton technicians and more than $250,000 worth of parts in major centers
  • Provide ATMs that accept all Canadian INTERAC credit and debit cards, plus US & International MasterCard, Cirrus and American Express cards
  • Share US surcharge revenue for MasterCard and Star Network transactions with you.

 

Here’s what YOU do for us:

  • Keep the ATM loaded with cash, so that it does not run out
  • Keep the ATM loaded with receipt paper
  • Make sure the ATM and the space around it is kept clean and free of debris
  • Agree to follow and comply with all INTERAC rules and regulations
  • Pay for the electricity, receipt paper, and communications
  • You earn 75% or more of the surcharge

  • All Cashline Advantage ATMs meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) levels of service to the disabled
  • We provide $5 million in public liability insurance
  • Cashline is a Canadian owned-company! (Many major Canadian ATM companies are actually foreign-owned)

RENT-TO-OWN
The best of both worlds. No lump sum up front - and your payments help you purchase.
