Can the ATM “eat my card”?

No. Cashline’s ATMs utilize either a standard or high security EMV Chip dip card reader. The cardholder never let’s go of their card, and must remove it from the ATM prior to entering their PIN.

 

How do I load receipt paper?

My ATM has an error code. What do I do now?

Triton ATMs can generate over 600 different error codes that aid in determining what is wrong. With input from our Help Desk, we’ve collected the top 25, and located them here, along with a few easy to follow steps you can take to get your ATM operating again quickly.

 

My ATM is “frozen”. What should I do?

If your ATM is unresponsive, stuck on “Transaction Processing” or has lights that normally flash, but are on solid or off, the best practice is to turn the ATM off, wait sixty seconds, then turn it back on. It should boot up and come back into service.

 

Why does my combination lock continue to beep when the door is open?

This is an indication that your lock’s battery voltage is low. You should replace your battery soon with a fresh 9 volt alkaline battery.

 

How do I change the combination on my lock?

Changing the combination is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open the vault door
  2. With the vault door open, turn the handle and turn the lock back to its home position
  3. Enter six zeros (0 0 0 0 0 0)
  4. Enter the existing combination
  5. Enter the new combination (it must be six digits long)
  6. Enter the new combination again
  7. Enter the new combination a third time, and turn the lock clockwise
  8. Turn the handle on the vault door. This verifies the new combination has been accepted and your terminal is ready for use
