Whenever a Cashline ATM has a problem, a motivated Cashliner will use their experience, and Cashline resources of knowledgeable experts, time, parts, and/or money – to solve the problem in the most efficient and effective manner possible. In major cities, we consistently deliver on our 4 business-hour service guarantee.

 

Leadership/Accountability

Unlike many of our foreign-owned or public-company competitors, Cashline maintains a flat organization chart and a clear path for accountability. The Cashline Service Team

Our team includes some of the most experienced and skilled Triton-trained technicians in Canada, including:

 

Operations Manager, Mike Repas
Mike has over 25 years experience in service management – 10 of them at Cashline. He is a fully certified Triton Technician and certified Triton trainer, who teaches, trains, and coaches others in ATM repair. Whenever a service issue threatens to go beyond 4 hours, we call Mike so that he can quickly solve any problems.

 

Phil: Installation Coordinator
Phil has been trained both at the Triton Factory in Mississippi and at the new Triton facility in Memphis, Tennessee. He is in his 6th year, here at Cashline. He is a fully certified Triton Technician, and certified Triton trainer.

 

Erin: Parts Coordinator.
Erin brings almost 9 years of ATM-service experience to managing Cashline’s extensive parts inventories in Victoria, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Ft McMurray. She has been Triton trained and is fully capable of rebuilding almost any major part – from a cassette to a dispenser. She ensures that parts requested by 1 pm Pacific Time (weekdays) are shipped the same day.

 

Ian: Customer Satisfaction
Ian works to ensure that we consistently deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the Canadian ATM industry, with a goal of 100% satisfaction for our customers. He has the skills, experience, and commitment to ensure that we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

 

Client Payments & Admin Team

These are some of the most experienced, helpful, and precise accounting people in the Canadian ATM industry. They include:

 

Rachel Franchuk: Controller
Rachel has been at the center of Cashline’s finance and admin group for 10 years. She is a born leader and is skilled and experienced in every facet of client payments, reporting, treasury management, and ATM accounting.

 

Sally: Client Payments Administrator
Sally ensures that clients receive their revenues in a timely and precise manner and has been widely praised by some of Canada’s leading organizations for her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that our clients are well supported in their accounting and reconciling needs.

 

Leah: Treasury Analyst
Leah has almost 6 years experience in managing cash loads and armored car service across Canada – from Halifax, NS to Victoria, BC. She checks the cash balance of every ATM on a daily basis and ensures that emergency parcels are expedited if necessary. Of the almost 300 ATMs, Leah loads most will never run out of cash over the course of an entire year – many go 2 or 3 years without ever running out – and Leah makes sure they’re up and running again within minutes.

 

Tech Support/After Hours Support
Our in-house crew of experienced technicians and customer support people are ready and eager to handle any problems until 2 am Eastern Standard Time -365 days a year. Most of these skilled staff members are university students or graduates with great people skills and a proven ability and willingness to learn and help others. They all have been trained on Triton ATMs and each of them can provide technical assistance to our clients as well as customer service to card-carrying customers. Each Tech Support person mans a computer terminal connected to our 800+/- ATMs. When a problem arises they know the quickest, most effective ways to fix it. They rely on senior Cashline management for complex issues: any ATM problems that threaten to go beyond our 4 business-hour Service Guarantee are transferred to senior Cashline management for prompt resolution.

 

 

Account Management Team

Unlike most ATM companies in Canada, Cashline has always employed well-trained, motivated, and salaried account managers. Our account management team is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and customer-centric in Canada –and each one has been trained in ATM repair, so they can provide knowledgeable informed advice.
